Beef Neck Bones

When you have had a long day at work, nothing hits the spot quite like a wholesome meal of sadza and beef bones. Whilst knuckle bones have been a firm favourite, we have opted for a less fatty alternative.In a big pot, fry 1.5kgs of beef neck bones until lightly golden, add 4 tomatoes cubed, a tablespoon of gravy powder,twocrushed cloves of garlic & beef stock cubes. Pourenough water to cover meat, addsalt to taste and simmer on low heat for 90 minutesuntil meat softens and the sauce thickens. Enjoy with lots of vegetables to get your supplyof protein and vitamins to keep you nourished and healthy.
